The
De Forest Area Rotary Club donated $700 to support the DeForest Area Needs Network.  The funds were raised at the September 10 Yahara Riverfest event in DeForest.  Rotarians sold kid meals during the afternoon event, and donated all of the profits to D.A.N.N.

Pictured are current Rotary president Tom Bendt, D.A.N.N. co-president Kim Henze, Rotary treasurer David Grove, and Rotarian Marsha Tesar.

Kim Henze, co-president of D.A.N.N. attended the November 2 Rotary meeting to share information about D.A.N.N. and accept the check on behalf of their organization.

A special thank you to Pete Beeber and Rodeside Grill who donated much of the meal served at Riverfest.  His generosity contributed to the donation to those in need in the DeForest area.
